Ph.D. Colloquium

The PhD colloquium is one of the prime events being organized in RBUCON.Computing'25: Future Computing Technologies for Societal Development, hosted by School of Computer Science and Engineering, Ramdeobaba University, Nagpur (M.S.), India in co-association with Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Romania. This scholarly platform is open for the PhD scholars to present their research works to a wider audience of fellow PhD scholars, experienced researchers and other university academics.

Submission Process
  1. Register for PhD Colloquium by paying the registration fees: https://rcoem.in/anon_evForm.htm?ev=220
  2. Email the abstract in the prescribed template (not more than 1 page) on rbucon@rbunagpur.in. While sending the email ensure to mention the subject line as RBUCON'25 PhD Colloquium Abstract Submission.

All participants who register for PhD Colloquium and send the abstract will be invited to give presentation (15 minutes maximum) in RBUCON'25, and the best presentation(s) will receive the PhD Colloquium Award(s). Participation certificates will be given to all the participants.
PhD scholars who have submitted papers in RBUCON.Computing'25 are also eligible for participating in PhD Colloquium by separately registering for the Colloquium.
