As of now the identified journals are as below:

  1. Journal of Information Systems Engineering and Management (ISSN: 2468-4376)
  2. Cureus Journal of Computer Science (ISSN: 3005-1487)
  3. Cureus Journal of Engineering (ISSN: 3005-1479)

Q.2:-Should all authors register individually, or can one author register as the primary author?

Ans:- One full author registration is mandatory; rest can register as co-author if they want a certificate of presentation.
Individual e-certificate will be issued per author.

Q.3:-I have successfully completed my registration for RBUCON’25. But not received a confirmation email.?

Ans:-You will get confirmation email after registration deadline.

Q.4:-What are the next steps I should follow after registration?

Ans:-You will receive an email for further process and visit conference website periodically for updates

Q.5:-When I will get the detailed schedule of conference?

Ans:-Visit conference website periodically for updates.

Q6. Can I get refund for registration fee of the conference?

Ans:-There is no refund policy for registration fee of the conference..

Q7. Does the conference registration include journal publication charges?

Ans:-The conference registration does not include journal publication charges. The conference registration only includes presentation and no journal publication charges.

Q8. What are the publications charges of identified journals?

Ans:-. Authors kindly refer to the respective journal website for the publication charges.

Q9. Do I get a discount for my conference paper publication through RBUCON’25?

Ans:-Yes, the selected, registered and presented conference paper will be eligible for discount on journal publication through RBUCON’25 conference.

Q10. Does all the papers accepted by the conference, will be published in the journals?

Ans:-All the accepted, registered and presented papers of the conference will be first submitted to the journal. These papers will be accepted by the journal only if the paper matches with the quality metrics such as well-organized, technically structured, novelty of the work, etc.

Q11. If my paper is not accepted in any of the listed journals, what will happen to my paper?

Ans:-We are trying for publication of an indexed conference proceeding with the consent of the author.

Q12. When will I have to pay Journal’s APC?

Ans:- Author has to pay Journal’s APC only when the author receives acceptance of the paper from the journal. It is the sole responsibility of the author only to complete the payment to the journal.

Q13. Whom to pay the APC?

Ans:-The author shall pay the APC directly to the journal only after receiving the acceptance of the paper from the journal.

Q14. When will my paper be published in journal?

Ans:-Paper will only be published by the journal, after completion of all formalities as per journal’s policy.

Q15. When will my paper indexed in Scopus?

Ans:-All the journal accepted papers will be submitted online first and submitted to Scopus for indexing. It will be indexed as per the Scopus policy.

Q16.How many authors are allowed in a manuscript?

Ans:-You can have maximum of 05 authors in a paper (01 corresponding + 04 co-authors)

Q17. What paper template to follow to submit the camera-ready paper after the acceptance of the paper from the journal?

Ans:-You can download the paper template to follow to submit the camera-ready paper after the acceptance of the paper from the journal from the RBUCON’25 official website from the download section.

Q18. Will the paper authors be getting hardcopy of the certificates of the conference presentation?

Ans:- No, all the registered authors/ co-authors will get an individual e-certificate of the conference presentation.

Q19. Can I add/modify the list of authors and co-authors in my submitted paper?

Ans:-As per the policy of journal.
